The computer is Windows 7, connected to the router through ethernet cable and is wi-fi capable. The printer is connected through Network, as in ethernet cable. The Printer can print fine, and when it was connected through USB cable, it could scan fine. I've searched through the HP help forums and got jack done. Their fix application said I did not have the full software and drivers of the printer, and despite downloading it from the Software and Drivers page and from their
